All sales for UnoLock vaults are generally considered final due to the digital nature of the services provided and the immediate access granted upon purchase. Provide Payment Details: Include a Stripe reference for the payment or a Bitcoin wallet ID from which the payment was made. This information is crucial for verifying the transaction in question.
Proof of Payment: For Bitcoin payments, provide proof of the payment being sent from your wallet via a micro-transaction or any other method of proof acceptable to Techsologic Incorporated.

Refunds for Service Downgrades
If a user opts to downgrade from a higher-tier service to a lower one, Techsologic Incorporated will refund the difference in cost as vault time credits rather than monetary refunds. These credits can be applied toward future use of UnoLock services, offering flexibility and continued value to our users.
Processing Refunds
Once a refund request is approved, Techsologic Incorporated will process the refund through the original payment method:
Stripe Payments: Refunds will be processed directly back to the original credit card or payment method used at the time of purchase through Stripe.
Bitcoin Payments: Due to the nature of cryptocurrency transactions, refunds will be processed by returning the equivalent amount of Bitcoin less any transactional costs to the user’s provided wallet ID.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment processor’s policies and operational workflows.
