This Cookie Policy governs the use of cookies and similar tracking technologies in connection with the Services, emphasizing Absolute Anonymity, as described in Section 9 (Privacy and Anonymity) of the UnoLock Terms of Service ("Terms") and the Privacy Policy at https://www.unolock.com/policies. 1.3 No Cookies by UnoLock

Techsologic does not use cookies, web beacons, or similar tracking technologies on the UnoLock platform. Our zero-knowledge architecture ensures no PII or metadata is collected, maintaining Absolute Anonymity during vault access, messaging, or feature use, as per Section 9.2 (Zero-Knowledge Architecture) of the Terms. This approach eliminates tracking risks and aligns with GDPR data minimization principles, as per Section 17.3 (Compliance with GDPR) of the Terms.

1.4 Third-Party Payment Processor Cookies

The Services integrate third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe) to facilitate transactions, as per Section 3.5 (Payment and Billing) and Section 8 (Third-Party Systems) of the Terms. These processors may use cookies or similar technologies for:

  • Secure Transactions: Ensuring safe processing of payments.
  • Fraud Prevention: Detecting and preventing fraudulent activities.
  • Optimization: Enhancing the payment experience (e.g., remembering preferences).

UnoLock's platform uses AES-256-GCM encryption, TLS 1.3, and post-quantum cryptography (ML-KEM-1024, ML-DSA Dilithium) to secure data, as per Section 6 (Data Security and Encryption) of the Terms.

1.7 Policy Modifications

Techsologic may revise this Cookie Policy, as per Section 14 (Modifications to Terms) of the Terms. Material changes will be notified via https://www.unolock.com/support.html with 30 days' notice, where feasible. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance, as per Section 14.5 of the Terms.
