This policy outlines the responsible use of UnoLock services, aiming to prevent practices that could negatively affect the service quality for the broader user community.

The purpose of this Fair Use Policy is to guide users on the acceptable use of UnoLock services and delineate practices that are considered unfair or abusive. Acceptable Use

Users of UnoLock services are expected to utilize the platform in a manner consistent with its intended purpose: secure storage and management of digital assets. Acceptable use includes, but is not limited to:

  • Securing personal or business-related digital documents, files, and records.
  • Sharing access to digital vaults with designated individuals as authorized under the UnoLock’s features, such as LegacyLink, adhering to security protocols and best practices.

Prohibited Use

To maintain the quality and integrity of UnoLock services, the following uses and behaviors are explicitly prohibited:

  1. Illegal Activities: Engaging in any illegal activities or storing content that violates local, state, national, or international laws is strictly forbidden.

  2. Overburdening Resources: Actions that intentionally overburden UnoLock’s resources, such as attempting to store excessively large files beyond the capacity limits of the chosen service tier, are not permitted.

  3. Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' vaults or any part of the UnoLock system infrastructure is strictly prohibited.

  4. Malicious Content: Uploading or disseminating viruses, malware, or any other malicious software through UnoLock services is forbidden.

  5. Spamming and Harassment: Using UnoLock services to engage in spamming, harassment, or any other behavior that infringes upon the rights and privacy of others is not allowed.

Enforcement and Compliance

Techsologic Incorporated reserves the right to monitor compliance with this Fair Use Policy and take appropriate actions to address violations, including, but not limited to, issuing warnings, suspending or terminating service access, and cooperating with legal authorities in cases of illegal activities.

Users found to be in violation of this policy may also be held liable for any damages incurred by Techsologic Incorporated or other users, including costs related to resource overuse, system repairs, legal fees, and more.

Users are responsible for familiarizing themselves with this Fair Use Policy and ensuring their activities within UnoLock comply with the outlined guidelines. Users should take proactive steps to secure their vaults, respect the digital rights of others, and utilize UnoLock services in a manner that does not impair the experience of other users.
